The point of this dialog is to demonstrate a typical procedure of passing information via amateur radio phone.
Notice how the data is deliberately sent and received with acknowledgement, almost mimicking a digital transmission.

Of course, an actual QSO (conversation) would have noise (QRN and QRM and QRW), and phrases would be
repeated to correct the understanding.
